About Me

A lifetime of service

My resume is long, I have worked a whole lot of jobs over the years. I currently work in Real Estate, and also work on the railroad. I was a police officer for a while, with New Hampshire Marine Patrol, then George Mason University Police Department. I joined the United States Army late in life, where I was a 92F, which is a fueler (fueling trucks, tanks, helicopters, etc). I rose to the rank of Sergeant before deploying to Afghanistan, in what I did not know then would be my last hoorah with the Army. I came home in late 2020, via a United States Army Internment Camp, which I can assure you did exist (I have pictures), and admittedly got me pretty fired up about what was then going on in the United States. I spent my first month back in the “land of the free,” in quarantine, even though I was not sick, unable to see my family. I spent the next year winding my way through the Army retirement system and dealing with the multiple medical issues I was gifted with during my time in Afghanistan. All of that was more than enough to add to my already healthy distrust of the Federal government, I now operate under the assumption that whatever the government is doing is abjectly bad, unless I see evidence to the contrary.
The war in Afghanistan and my disappointing homecoming have defined me more than I would like, but I like to think that I can parlay that into something positive, hence this Senate run. Ultimately everything that I have I owe to God, I try to let God guide me in my decisions, when I do, they tend to work out, when I do not, it tends to be a bit of a mess. I really do believe that the United States Constitutional government is about as close as flawed human beings can get to “good government” because it recognizes the humanity and dignity of all persons, as they are created. We certainly have not always lived up to those ideals, but none of us can do anything about what has happened, only about what will happen.
